cut whole, side and quarter beef
orders, your cow is out grazing when you place your order. Whole, half and quarter custom beef
orders will be processed in October, and be ready in November. This
will be our hugely popular To order your whole, half or quarter of a beef, go to our online order forms below. You can choose which pick-up location you would like to sign up for, unless you plan on picking up your meat at the processor yourself, or if you want it shipped to you. After completing your beef order, you will be given the option to use our secure PayPal payment page to submit your deposit - $300 for a whole beef, $200 for a half, $100 for a quarter. If you prefer to mail us a check, you can skip the Paypal page. When the beef is ready and we know exactly how many pounds of beef you will receive, we notify you of the balance.
A whole beef order will give you anywhere from 220 lb to 300 lb of packaged meat, depending on the size of the beef and the cuts you choose. You pay only for what you get. Your total cost, including butchering, dry-ageing 14-21 days, cutting and wrapping into portion sized packages as per your Order Form, is $6.50/lb. A side of beef (1/2 beef) order will give you anywhere from 110 lb to 150 lb of packaged meat, depending on the size of the beef and the cuts you choose. You pay only for what you get. Your total cost, including butchering, dry-ageing 14-21 days, cutting and wrapping into portion sized packages as per your Order Form, is $7.00/lb. A quarter of a beef order (equal portion of the front and hind quarters) will give you anywhere from 55 lb to 75 lb of packaged meat, depending on the size of the beef. You pay only for what you get. Your total cost, including butchering, dry-ageing 14-21 days, cutting and wrapping into portion sized packages as per your Order Form, is $7.50/lb. *
